Your new role

• Growth, development, and maintenance of the company’s partner portfolio;

• Reporting to the Manager department Consultanta & Marketing
• Analyse the communication of competitors and industry trends at the national level, identify opportunities, negotiate collaboration terms with future partners, and build long-term strategic partnerships;
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to prepare promotional materials and co-marketing actions;
• Establish partnerships and/or contracts, aiming to achieve objectives by attracting new partners and developing existing relationships;
• Participate in meetings with potential partners;
• Identify a vision and a set of common activities with the partner to ensure constant and long-term financial gain for both partners;
• Provide support in defining and identifying the targeted customer segment, as well as implementing the strategy to approach it

What you'll need to succeed

A. EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree
B. EXPERIENCE
• Experience as a Tech Partnerships Specialist;
• Relevant experience in managing relationships with clients and partners.
C. KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Solid knowledge of the tech market (IT, Cybersecurity, etc.);
• Good command of the English language, especially technical terms.
D. SKILLS AND BEHAVIOuRAL COMPETENCIES PROFILE
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship skills;
• Negotiation and influence skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Technical, analytical, and outside-the-box thinking;
• Calm and organised person, capable of managing multiple deadlines and critical situations;

• Team player;
• Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate possible problems and obstacles;

• Attention to detail.
