Looking for a dedicated “Head of Quality” professional for an important ice-cream & pastry producing company.

Your new company For our client, one of the largest ice cream & pastry producing companies in Romania, on the market since 1994, currently being the second largest ice cream producer in Romania.


Your new role
  • Develops the specific documents for the implementation of the quality management system, which present the policy and objectives in the field of quality, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO standard.
  • Establishes and delegates responsibilities for quality management, in correlation with the company's quality objectives, policy, and strategies, also determines the educational and training needs of the staff in the field of quality, by staff category.
  • Evaluates the level of customer satisfaction and ensures the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
  • Performs microbiological analyses, in accordance with work instructions/appropriate methods, based on analysis requests received from Engineers/Production Department, also takes sanitation samples/tests from production areas, in accordance with pre-established sampling and control plans, either with the Quality Control Department or the Production Department.
  • Manages and responsibly uses the equipment, tools and reagents necessary for the analyses and monitors the inventory of consumable materials and prepares timely procurement requests.
  • Prepares data analysis reports (microbiological analysis results) for the Food Safety Team or Management, to enable them to evaluate the performance of the processes.
  • Complies with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IFS and ISO 22000)

  • Relevant similar experience (preferably in food production).
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Professional knowledge of food production standards.
  • People management skills.
