• Analyse business sales data and create reports using advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions (commercial department)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track key performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations to improve business processes based on data analysis.
• Providing support and information to the company's customers. (e.g. verification of invoiced commercial discounts - in case the customer suggests that these discounts are not in accordance with the signed documents, providing explanations on how to calculate these commercial discounts; providing explanations and/or information on sales volume for customers who request this information; changing e-mail address / delivery in databases upon customer request, etc.)
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI/ or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• English - advanced level.
