Your new role

• Drive sales activities for asphalt and infrastructure services, catering to private clients.
• Oversee the asphalt plant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and actively participate in public tenders within the region for road and urban works, as a sole bidder or in partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private clients, partners, suppliers, and designers.
• Manage the full spectrum of infrastructure projects, from bidding to contracting and execution.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team, including site managers and project managers, to achieve exceptional results.
• Benefit from the support of specialised departments, including cost calculations and quality assurance, to excel in your role.
