• Booking on a daily basis of AP / AR documents according to statutory requirements
• Performs the reconciliation of E-factura invoices and booking
• Initiates approval process via internal Approval Tool, according to the agreed internal matrix of approval
• Reviews the calculations necessary for intercompany billing and other draft invoices (where the case)
• Generates and validates the report with all due payables from the system for the final payment approval
• Involvement in the end-of-month routines closing procedures, together with local team
• Issuance of reports requested by NBR (STA-ITS, STA-ISD Statements), National Institute of Statistics (INS) or other public institutions as per business specificity
• Produces ad-hoc reports, including cash-flows, budgets and forecasts as requested by Finance manager and / or consolidation team
• Ensures compliance with local accounting standards and regulations for allocated activities
• Keeps abreast of changes in financial regulations and local legislation
• Participates in SAP S/4 Hana implementation, in close cooperation with local team and dedicated external teams
• Involvement in the statutory audit process at entity level, manage the relation with auditors in a timely manner and assist in the audit at Group level as requested

• Organised and methodical individual with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA would be an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• English language at advanced level is mandatory

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant
• An accounting qualification obtained or studies under progress

• Experience:
  2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an multinational environment
