Financial Controller

Hays Romania is recruiting a Financial Controller for one of its partners that activates in the manufacturing industry located in Turda.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard cost calculations and updates for local production items.
- Manage TechOps financial aspects in the budgeting process.
- Monitor site KPIs and support reporting processes.
- Submit monthly financial deliverables.
- Implement and oversee investment projects.
- Analyse cost deviations and propose optimisations.
- Review standard costs and Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Coordinate with external partners on costing matters.
- Assist with monthly closing processes.
- Estimate costs for site projects and support improvement initiatives.
- Provide early warnings of financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years experience in the area
- Proficiency with SAP S4HANA
- English-Medium or Advanced
