TDI CSO BIS-GRC is responsible for the engagement with the senior Business Information Security role holders and the engagement with the Second Line of Defence for Information Security Risk (ISR) within the Chief Risk Office (CRO). BIS-GRC governs the 1st Line of Defence on Information Security (IS) Risk Reduction and IS Control Compliance. BIS-GRC is a key contributor to the CRO non-financial risk management processes on Residual Risk and Risk Remediation towards Risk Appetite.

Your key responsibilities

• You will be the Senior Project Manager supporting the CSI Programme Director to manage the interactions with Key Deliverables and Programmes contributing to the IS Glide Path for Information Security Risk as part of the 1st Line of Defence.
• You will be responsible for managing the milestones, dependencies, risks and issues with the CSO and non-CSO stakeholders.
• You will support providing updates to senior stakeholder forums on 1st Line of Defence and support guiding the Business IS role holders on their divisional contribution.

Your skills and experience

• You should have 3–5 years of work experience in senior Project Manager roles with large and/or complex scopes and diverse stakeholder communities, preferably in the financial industry.
• University degree in Computer Science / (Commercial) Information Technology or equivalent qualification preferred.
• You should be a very good communicator and collaborator, able to influence and manage senior, diverse, and challenging stakeholder communities.
• You should have a foundational understanding of Risk and Control.
• You should be fluent in English verbally and in writing.
