For our client, an international leader in the fields of medical and safety equipment manufacturer, we are looking for a strong Service Manager to join the team.
Your new role
Coordinates the service team, is responsible for service contracts, participates in the preparation of documentation, in determining the products to be offered.
Maintains and develops customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responds to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
It translates these trends into actions and establishes the opportunity to launch and promote new products in accordance with the general market strategy.
Establishes, coordinates and distributes service requests to colleagues in the territory.
Coordinating employees, managing resources and establishing clear tasks and objectives (e.g. performance evaluation, defining annual performance indicators)
Monitors team performance and ensures deadlines are met.
Develops and implements procedures and policies for continuous improvement of services provided.
Prepares periodic reports on the department's activities.
Ensures compliance with the provisions of the internal rule regarding the circuit and document archiving within the service department.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in service, repair and maintenance, in a leadership position.
University degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a relevant field.
English language - advanced level
Driving licence category B
Vision and anticipation of actions;
Capacity for synthesis, practical sense;
