- For one of our clients, a global industrial and energy company, we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with engineering experience of managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your new role
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department leaders, to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Fluency in Bulgarian (both written and spoken) is a must, along with in-depth knowledge of the local job market.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the energy or construction sector would be an asset.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
