Looking for an experienced Technical Director for an important ice-cream & pastry producing company.

Your new role
- Ensures the necessary level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increasing production efficiency and labour productivity while reducing costs.
- Organises, elaborates and implements the plans for the introduction of new equipment and technologies, the implementation of organisational and technical measures.
- Ensures the effectiveness of planned solutions, timely and high-quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernisation of equipment, the realisation of high-quality products in the development and production process.
- Follows compliance with technical and technological norms, technological discipline, rules and regulations regarding labour protection, fire safety, the requirements of the environmental and sanitary authorities, as well as of the institutions that exercise technical supervision.
- Organises the necessary training of subordinate workers and ensures the continuous improvement of staff training.
- Manages the activities of the company's technical services, controls the results and work discipline of subordinate employees.
- Draws up plans for the location of machines, technical equipment and workplace organisation, calculates production capacity and machine loading.
- Participates in the development of regulations, decisions, orders and instructions regarding the development of the production activity within the company in accordance with the legislation in force.
What you'll need to succeed
- Technical Educational Background (ideally in food industry).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing technical teams (ideally in FMCG).
- Professional knowledge of trends in production both nationally and internationally.
- People management skills.
- Excellent business values insights.
- Microsoft Office.
