Your new role
- Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted by BA, certified or not, under the corporate coordination and according to the rules set by the Company
- Support the plant´s systems responsibles and Food Safety Teams, in order to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards
- Attend internal audits to the different departments of the company in SEE and analyze reports, detecting and helping to correct problems and studying opportunities for improvement in order to ensure the best performance of the Management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Energy, Social Accountability, Safety and others that the Company decides to adopt);
- Attend external audits in order to ensure internal alignment and the achievement of expected results; assign responsibility for findings resulting from the audits, record them in SAP and assure its treatment and final resolution
- Perform internal audits on the management systems in SEE or other geographies
- Attend customer audits on the scope of the integrated management system;
- Identify and suggest to the corporate coordination training needs, under Quality and Food and Safety Systems, and plan their achievement, to ensure that all employees have the appropriate knowledge within these systems;
- Provide training or identify internal/external trainers for the Group to suppress training needs related with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
- Ensure the compliance with the standards and regulations in the scope of the integrated management system, promoting the compliance with the Company rules, leading by example, suggesting actions and reporting problems, in order to contribute to the achievement of the defined objectives set, and ensure that the procedures are properly interpreted and enforced by the plants
What you'll need to succeed
Flexibility to travel inside SEE division and to countries in Europe
University degree
Experience in management systems/ ISO or other similar, preferably with experience in food sector
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English & Bulgarian minimum B2 proficiency
Excellent communication skills and team player
Positive attitude, adaptable to different situations
Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team
Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver
Industry experience (is a plus)
