Your new role

As a SAP ARIBA Technical Consultant you will:
  • Support the team in day-to-day business. You will be part of the SAP Finance and Procurement IT Team which focusses on the Support and conducting projects in the SAP environment. You will work together with other internal and external SAP Experts;
  • Analyze and solve errors as 2nd level support and process support requests occurring in SAP Ariba;
  • Take over implementation tasks in current projects. This includes adaptions, testing and documentation;
  • Communicate directly with SAP, including creation and follow-up of service requests;
  • Perform requirement engineering with Stakeholder (Procurement) and first feasibility analysis;
  • Plan and organize training courses and workshops.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in customizing and supporting SAP Ariba in the products Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management and Guided Sourcing;
  • Experience in customizing and support of SAP S/4 Hana (SAP FI, MM, SD);
  • Technical understanding of SAP Ariba set up, ability to read and understand CXML, ABAP and CIG ;
  • Knowledge of related modules and purchasing process;
  • Experience in working with a ticket system (e.g. Jira);
  • High and strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and openness to agile ways of working and able to work independently and proactively.
