Your new role

• Consulting the business and the IT around all Testing Questions;
• Responsible for developing an overall test strategy together with the other test managers;
• Preparation of test plans and test cases, especially in the logistics environment, and responsible for conduction. This should be done in the existing test management tools;
• Continuous improvement and optimisation of test procedures, regarding automation;
• Monitor and report test progress, test coverage and test results to project management and other stakeholders;
• Coordinate the process of defect logging, tracking and resolution and ensure defects are resolved in a timely and effective manner and regression testing is conducted;
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation and quality assurance measures;
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and end-users to understand and implement test requirements;
• Organize and conduct regular status meetings and test reviews;
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports and defect logs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork abilities;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Hands-on experience with any Issue Tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and MS Office Suite;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Detail-Oriented: Precision and attention to detail to ensure all aspects of testing are thoroughly conducted;
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions;
• Proactive: Take initiative and proactively improve testing processes;
• Flexible: Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities;
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field;
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in similar roles;
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in working with a Test-Management tool like Tosca from Tricentis or SAP Solution Manager;
• Good experience with SAP (SAP EWM or SAP TM) as a User and knowledge of logistic processes;
• Fluency in English is required. German is an advantage;
• Experience in the Retail Fashion industry is an advantage.
