Your new role
Maintain equipment for assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction
Commissioning, repairs, maintenance, and upgrading of equipment
Identifying, analysing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment at the client's site
Identifying necessary parts for equipment repairs
Represent the company through direct client contact; listen, inform, and provide recommendations

What you'll need to succeed
HVAC knowledge: experience in the HVAC field or similar, understanding the principles of installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment
Communication skills: good customer interaction skills and the ability to answer questions and solve customer problems
Computer skills: e.g., MS/Office, Excel, and MS Windows
Driver's licence (Category B)
