For our client, a global biopharmaceutical company with more than 100 years of development experience and presence in more than 88 countries, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Neurology department, based in Iasi.
Your new role The Key Account Manager – Neuro is responsible for promoting the products of the company in the neurology sector, North-East of Romania area, with a focus on managing KOLs relationships, ensuring compliance with global standards, and achieving business objectives in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies and plans, aligning with market trends and the company's goals.
- Conduct promotional activities such as face-to-face visits, presentations, roundtables, and symposia, ensuring all targets are met.
- Provide accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain strong business relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital directors, and distributors.
- Continuously improve product and medical knowledge through training and assessments.
- Report weekly promotional activity and outcomes, adhering to the company’s reporting system.
- Ensure ethical standards in all activities, respecting company rules, pharmacovigilance procedures, and code of ethics.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in healthcare or science-ideal.
- 5+ years' experience in medical representative roles (neurology, rehabilitation or rare diseases).
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and motivated.
- Ability to manage complex treatment schemes and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent selling, organisational, and communication skills.
