• Deliver high-quality business analysis focused on providing a great customer experience.
• Define, communicate, and understand product and service-level customer and user experiences, identifying pain points and mapping opportunities for improvement.
• Adopt and apply Design Thinking Principles and Methods to ensure customer and user insights drive product and service development.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality business requirements for both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
• Manage Requirements Management throughout the project lifecycle, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle and ensure the business impact against compliance is understood.
• Continuously improve business analysis ways of working.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Test Manager, Project Manager, and Service Designer.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, speaking.
• Strong presentation skills, with an understanding of business concerns and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external business and technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Telecom knowledge is a plus.
• Business Analysis Certification is a plus.
• Understanding and knowledge of Software Development Maturity Models and Practices (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
• Any Agile Methodology certification is a plus.
