Financial Consultant

For our clients, leader in Business Consulting and Services industry, we are looking for a Financial Systems Consultant who will be part of a new accounting and controlling hub in Bucharest, Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

Support international customers in designing and implementing software solutions for management reporting, budgeting, global consolidation, and financial planning & analysis.
Advise on system and Record-to-Report process standardisation, optimising consolidated financial statement preparation, and automating and integrating external and internal group reporting.
Deliver support and enhancements to existing applications in line with the company’s growth and requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
Additional relevant professional education (e.g., Certified Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
Interest in accounting and financial planning & analysis, with a willingness to learn software solutions configurations.
2-3 years of relevant professional experience in audit or financial reporting consulting, ideally from
Good understanding of IFRS (knowledge of other accounting standards is a bonus) and finance/controlling processes.
Knowledge of ERP, DWH, or BI solutions (e.g., SAP FI/CO, BW, SAC, PowerBI) is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
