Hays Romania is recruiting a Financial Controller for one of its partners that activates in the manufacturing industry located in Turda.


Responsibilities
  • Perform standard cost calculations and updates for local production items.
  • Manage TechOps financial aspects in the budgeting process.
  • Monitor site KPIs and support reporting processes.
  • Submit monthly financial deliverables.
  • Implement and oversee investment projects.
  • Analyse cost deviations and propose optimisations.
  • Review standard costs and Bills of Materials (BoM).
  • Coordinate with external partners on costing matters.
  • Assist with monthly closing processes.
  • Estimate costs for site projects and support improvement initiatives.
  • Provide early warnings of financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years experience in the area
  • Proficiency with SAP S4HANA
  • English-Medium or Advanced
