• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for back office roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a positive workplace environment through effective communication and mediation.

• Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Help develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

• Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintain training records and monitor compliance with required training programs.

• Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
• Address employee enquiries about compensation and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, metrics, and data analysis for management review.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment regulations in Romania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• Driving licence-occasional trips
