For one of our clients, a multinational glass packaging company, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team.

Your new role

Supervises production equipment maintenance support in accordance with company and factory policies and procedures
Drives manufacturing plant maintenance programs and improvement through good manufacturing principles
Develops, implements, and oversees preventative and predictive maintenance, inspection and renovation programs
Leads a team of 40 people with 3 direct subordinate supervisors of Batch Furnace, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic subdivisions
Observes the quality policy, long – term and short – term objectives of the company;
Be acquainted with the health, safety and environmental company policy

What you'll need to succeed

University Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
Experience in a similar position (Maintenance Manager) in an industrial production environment
Very good technical knowledge. Experience and strong understanding of the maintenance part of Electrical or Electronics
Experience in preventive maintenance
Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Health & Safety policies and procedures in production will be considered a competitive advantage.
Experience in a multicultural environment would be a great advantage.
